Third-party providers process data on our behalf and in accordance with the provisions of the contract concluded with us. Before engaging a third-party provider, we make reasonable efforts to determine whether it offers sufficient guarantees for implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that data processing complies with the requirements of the applicable legislation regarding security, confidentiality, and the protection of data subjects' rights.

We may change third-party providers or affiliated entities based on the needs of the Services and how our business evolves.
